Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern your use of ZeroLag, an Android game management and device utility app (package: com.tripleace.gamebooster). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are a minor, use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. ZeroLag is not intended to target children.

2. What the app does

ZeroLag helps you organize and launch installed games, select device utility modes, view available device and network measurements, and apply supported settings for game sessions. Some functions require permissions that you choose to grant in Android Settings.

Results depend on your device, Android version, manufacturer restrictions, network, and permissions. Android may limit background process cleanup, memory cleanup, overlays, and setting changes. A selected mode or completed boost does not guarantee higher game FPS, lower latency, more free memory, or improved battery life. ZeroLag does not control a game's code, servers, or internal performance.

Configuration restoration is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted if Android stops the app, permissions are revoked, or the device restarts. You can review or restore device settings manually in Android Settings. Storage cleanup actions may open Android's own management screens; review any confirmation before deleting data.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZeroLag for your personal, lawful use. The app, branding, and original content remain the property of their respective owners.

Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its services, bypass purchase or advertising controls, manipulate rewards, or distribute unauthorized copies. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of the games and platforms you use.

4. Advertising and rewarded access

The app may display app-open, banner, native, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements provided by third parties. An ad icon identifies actions that currently require a rewarded advertisement. Whether an action requires an ad may change according to the app's configuration or your entitlement.

A rewarded action is granted after the advertising provider confirms the required completion. Closing early, connectivity problems, unavailable ads, or provider errors may prevent the reward. Temporary rewarded access is not a purchase and does not create a permanent entitlement unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.

Advertisements and linked destinations are controlled by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products. Details about data used for advertising and available privacy choices appear in our Privacy Policy.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

ZeroLag may offer paid features, Pro access, one-time purchases, or subscriptions when made available in the app. The purchase screen and Google Play checkout identify the product, benefits, price, currency, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer before you buy. These Terms do not imply that every type of product is currently available.

Google Play processes purchases under its terms and payment rules. If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it renews according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Manage or cancel it through Google Play's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Trial eligibility, conversion to paid billing, and cancellation deadlines are those shown in the offer and checkout.

Purchase recognition or restoration, where supported, requires the correct Google Play account and may require internet access. Consumable purchases and temporary rewards may not be restorable. Any ad removal applies to the scope described by the product offer; do not assume all ad formats or optional rewarded offers are removed unless stated.

Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and Google Play's refund policies. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact us if a confirmed purchase is not recognized.

6. Third-party services and privacy

ZeroLag uses services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play. Their services may be subject to separate terms. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Grant only permissions you are comfortable with; declining or revoking a permission can limit the related feature.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update features, compatibility, advertising availability, and these Terms. Changes will be reflected in the updated date on this page; material changes will be communicated where required by law. Paid benefits will be handled in accordance with the relevant offer and applicable consumer law.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access to services for misuse or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. Stopping use does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the app is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or particular performance results. We are not responsible for third-party games, advertisements, payment systems, or network availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Disputes are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their place of residence.
